Cara is a registered social worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, families, and groups in community settings. Cara has completed therapeutic arts practitioner certification. Moreover, she’s completing yoga teacher training and is a registered student practitioner.
Cara practices from a wholistic, person-centred perspective as they work alongside clients to reflect on issues, build upon strengths and develop skills.
