With over a decade of experience as a compassionate social worker and therapist, Srithisha is dedicated to empowering children, women, and families as they navigate life’s challenges.
Srithisha specializes in supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and major life transitions. Her approach is deeply client-centered and trauma-informed, creating a safe and nurturing space for healing, growth, and resilience.

Srithisha integrates evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Play Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to meet each client's unique needs. Whether working with children, Families or women her goal is to provide guidance and strategies that foster lasting well-being.

Beyond therapy, Srithisha has extensive experience in psycho-social assessments, life skills training, and group work. She is also passionate about education and advocacy. Her holistic and cognitive-based approach helps clients build confidence, self-awareness, and the tools needed for meaningful change.
Srithisha offers in-person therapy in London and online sessions across Ontario, Monday - Saturday.
Outside of her practice, she cherishes time with her husband and three wonderful daughters, who continue to inspire her work.

Veronica Coburn

Veronica is a Registered Social Worker with a background in Disability Studies and a strong passion for supporting
neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD. She has extensive experience working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults in clinical and community settings, helping them navigate challenges related to emotional regulation, executive functioning, and everyday life. Through her work in specialized programs and therapeutic environments, she has supported individuals in developing practical strategies to manage stress, build confidence, and strengthen relationships.

With several years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in London, Veronica provides a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to therapy. She also specializes in trauma and PTSD, helping individuals process past experiences and build coping strategies that support healing. She provides a compassionate and structured space for clients to explore their experiences and work toward a sense of stability and well-being.

As a mom of two young boys, she understands the joys and challenges of parenting firsthand—especially the lively chaos that comes with little ones close in age! This personal experience, combined with her professional expertise, allows her to provide a compassionate and practical approach to therapy. Veronica is dedicated to creating a supportive space where individuals and families feel heard, valued, and empowered to thrive.
Mishal Javed

Mishal's goal as a therapist is to provide children and youth with a warm, supportive environment to explore, reflect, and learn skills as they work towards their therapeutic goals. She is a registered social worker with experience working with children, youth, and families in community mental health settings. She practices from a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens with training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, and Parent Management Training.
Some areas in which Mishal offers support include: anxiety, depression, anger outbursts/tantrums, fears/phobias, attention/focus, peer and family relationships, caregiver support, sleep, and stress.
Mishal is experienced and well educated in the area of ADHD and neurodiversity. She has supported many children and families, both diagnosed and suspecting diagnosis.

Additionally, Mishal holds special education and training in the area of body image issues and eating disorders. Working together with your child's/teen's physician and or dietician, Mishal can offer counselling to help support the psychological and emotional aspects of body image issues and eating disorders.

Felicity Dyck

Felicity seeks to create a warm and welcoming environment that promotes skill building and fun! She is a registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW) and has experience working with children and youth in various capacities.
Felicity operates from a wholistic, person-centered perspective that seeks to build on existing skills and create client specific therapeutic plans. She believes that play is the language of children and is very interested in incorporating the various aspects of play into therapy. She also draws on the teachings of CBT, ACT, and somatic therapy.
Felicity is passionate about supporting children on their mental health journey and providing them with the skills necessary to succeed in life.

Cara Stainthorpe

Cara’s approach is calm, caring, and understanding. She aims to create a welcoming and collaborative environment, with some fun too. Cara is a social worker (OCSWSSW) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, families, and groups in community settings; much of which has focused on supporting children and their caregivers. Cara is also a teacher (OCT) and therapeutic arts practitioner.

Cara practices from a wholistic, person-centred perspective as they work alongside clients to reflect on issues, build upon strengths and develop skills. This may include strengths and needs assessments, as well as co-developing support strategies and plans. Cara incorporates aspects of multiple therapeutic modalities to explore individual client needs (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Strengths-Based, Therapeutic Arts, etc.). Some issues Cara offers support with include: anxiety, attention/focus, coping skills, co/self-regulation, empathy, family relationships, peer relationships, school related, self-compassion, sensory (seeking, sensitivities, under responsiveness), sleep, stress, and transitions.

For those seeking standardized assessment of their child’s strengths and social-Emotional needs, this can be provided during a one-on-one or family session in the welcoming environment of the sensory space. Some treatment is provided to support your child with feeling calm. Report results and recommendations may be useful for home and school.
